
Gauthier Soho is one of few restaurants in London which offers serious, sensitive and considered vegecentric food, which has been said to exhibit ‘flashes of genius’ and ‘culinary brilliance’.
► The Spring menu includes fabulous English Asparagus, Yuzu with Miso Curd, and Spring Lamb.
► At any time the cheeseboard offers some twenty French cheeses, which are imported and matured exclusively for us.

Please note that our vegetable menu is not 'vegetarian' (though we are happy to make it so if requested). The menu is designed with the emphasis on vegetables, fruits and herbs as the star of the dish, however meat and fish occasionally feature as secondary elements and in ingredients such as Parmesan cheese. If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies please let us know, we will be happy to adjust the menu accordingly.
