The Gauthier Soho menu represents the constantly developing results of Chef Alexis Gauthier's creative vision: to help form a new plant-based future of food.

Drawing on twenty five years' experience and a firm foundation in classical French gastronomy, Alexis seeks to redefine the expectations of 'fine dining' - a luxury, a pinnacle of deliciousness and refinement, but without using any animal produce.

Two set menus are presented. The 8 course 'Grand Dîner' tasting menu is available Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm, Friday - Saturday from 7.30pm, and also on Saturday from 1pm.

A shorter 5 course 'Petit Dîner' tasting menu is available Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm - 8.30pm, Friday - Saturday at 5pm only, and also Saturday from 1pm.

December 2025 lunch opening

We are delighted to announce that throughout December 2025 Gauthier Soho will be open for Lunch, from Tuesday to Saturday each week, with two special Christmas menus. Please book early as December can be a busy period.
